There is no need for citizens to wander around for offices to raise complaints regarding the public issues like drinking water facility, public toilets, public transport, electricity, garbage disposal, internal drainage etc.To ease the process, Government of Karnataka has developed  Janaspandana-iPGRS, one-stop multi-model, data-driven & paperless IT platform to transform Karnataka’s Grievance Management System for registration, processing and redressal of the public grievances regarding the delivery of services and schemes of various Departments of Government of Karnataka.Integrated Public Grievance Redressal System (iPGRS) is an initiative of Centre for e-Governance, a subsidiary of the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (e-Governance). Citizens can register their grievances pertaining to 40 + Department schemes/ services delivered by the Government of Karnataka.  More than 3000 possible grievances of Karnataka Government has been mapped under it.Citizens can visit the website https://ipgrs.karnataka.gov.in/ and get registered through One-time mobile based OTP through submitting their basic details like mobile number and address details. The citizen can then submit multiple grievances pertaining to different departments. The status of the grievance filed can be tracked with the unique registration ID provided at the time of registration of the complaintAfter the redressal of the complaints, citizens will get a phone call.
