About Us

The Administrative Department offices in Vidhana Soudha, Vikasa Soudha and MS Building have been provided with Secretariat Local Area Network 2.0 ( SecLAN 2.0) enabling various departments to access high speed internet and intranet based applications for better and efficient governance.
The SecLAN 2.0 is a networking platform enabling all Secretariat users to access e-Governance applications and also the internet at a very high speed.

Objectives:

--To provide reliable, secured and scalable networking platform for all the secretariat users to access e-Gov applications and also internet
--To expand the network to meet increased requirements for bandwidth.
--To have necessary controls in place to protect the network.
--To have proactive monitoring & management in place through Network Operations Centre to achieve high availability of the network
--To comply with ISO 20000 & ISO 27001 standards and procedures.
--To continually review and provide best networking services to improve the user experience.
